Our 30 min free consultation is tailored to understand your needs and specific requirements, and give you basic information on our procedure, pricing and jurisdiction specific details. After the call, you will receive a custom questionnaire where you can provide detailed information about your business, residency, plans, and expectations. Based on in depth analysis, we run a case study and prepare: tailored recommendations, jurisdiction options, optimal structure setups, a transparent price list, terms of service and a project-specific service agreement


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rebooking Policy At Northbridge, all consultations and onboarding meetings are manually reviewed and approved to ensure that each client is matched with the appropriate specialist for their jurisdiction and service needs. Because of this tailored approach, meeting times are subject to the specific availability of our team members across different jurisdictions. 1. Appointment Approval All meeting requests submitted through our website are pending until manually approved by our team. You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is officially approved and scheduled. 2. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your meeting, you may do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in delays in rebooking. Frequent last-minute cancellations may affect future booking priority. 3. Rescheduling / Rebooking Policy Meeting rescheduling is available, but subject to the following: Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the meeting. All rebooking depends on team availability for the relevant jurisdiction. If the requested specialist or jurisdictional expert is not available at your preferred time, our team will propose the next earliest available slot. Clients may request one free rescheduling per appointment. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new booking request. 4. Missed Appointments (No-Show Policy) If you miss a confirmed appointment without prior cancellation: It will be marked as a no-show. A new booking request will be required to schedule another meeting. Priority availability cannot be guaranteed. 5. Northbridge Right to Reschedule Due to the nature of our global operations, rare situations may require us to reschedule a meeting (e.g., advisor unavailability, jurisdiction-specific requirements, or force majeure).
